Anniemac, I know what you mean about Texas. I'm in Tomball, which is about 20 miles north of Houston. It's too hot out already and it's just the start of June. I'm a native born Texan but I could not live without air conditioning in home, car, shopping.. well, you get the picture. I complain but love this big old state more than anything. After all...

About the Home thing... unfortunately, I will be moving to a smaller place.
BUT, I will be much closer to where my Parents are at and I can watch my Mom more closely (many health issues).
AND, it will be way less money!
I got so use to having 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full baths, with 2 levels and a back yard - and, all to myself!
I may climb walls once I get there!
I guess I'll just wait and see!
