Tawnia, I am about to go crazy with this new setup. I have had nothing but problems trying to retrieve a password...they have my data wrong, my address, etc...as if from years ago. I have tried writing to their support and get it returned as undeliverable. I've tried writing to the manager, Stephen, it gets returned. Live Chat has been in the dark... I wish you could see the chats I've had. It's like they don't even have my email address correct. Grrrr....and yuck and grrrr!

Hi TDTAT, I could not get it either, but I downloaded from the email I received. When I spoke with live chat they credited a 7 welcome bonus and said I was not affiliated. When I assured them I was, they said it would be referred to management for review or something like that. I asked if I should not play the 7 and was told to go ahead because they could not guarantee me anything. Anyway, I'm not expecting another free chip (although it would be nice) but I would like to be affiliated with NLN for all the goodies and things! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
