TDTAT, I was told by customer support that they will be requesting id, proof of residentail address, copy of credit card, and a document from them that requires a signature.

special123, That is pretty standard for a first cashout over $1000 with a credit card deposit.
If you can scan/email those soon, I think they will pay fast ;)
Send your id card or passport, utility bill, the fax back form and the copy of your CC and you should be fine.

big congrats!!! i depodited and claimed the 300% played for a couple hrs it seems like a good casino i will be depositing more. i think all casinos require those docs i know on almost all my cashouts i have had to do that..good luck to everyone win big
