I received a letter in the mail (they sent me two letters) stating that I had a $21 free chip. Bonuse code was 21FREE however when I went to redeem it, it wouldn't work. So I contacted casino support and this is what I got:

yeah I got the same bs letter with the same bs response from support only they wanted me to scan it and email the a copy just afirms that they are another casino not to be trusted
