Thanks! I just found mine...and didn't even know I was in the VIP club. LOL!! Now that I think about it, I do remember getting an email from Sloto' with something to do with VIP, but all I looked for was the BONUS!!

there is a minumum for deposits

5% Cashback on Monthly Losses for VIP Players at Sloto'Cash:
You must join the Sloto Club or be invited to get the
5% Cashback on losses
The 5% is only on $100 or more in losses per month
and up to $10,000 for Gold VIPs. It increases with Diamond
or Platinum VIP status
if losses were less than $100
that will get added to the next month
If you are playing a bonus already or have money
in your account, the 5% will be credited after
you have no bonus in your account with playthrough...
they are checked daily so once
the bonus has been played the cashback is credited

for the next few days.. they are getting hit by Hurricane
Felix in Curacao.. and only a few people could get in to the office
due to the storm

We are aware of the technical problem with the 5% and we will try and
get this fixed as soon as possible. We also have an issue with support
as Hurricane Felix is rolling over Curacao so can you let your
players know they may have to wait longer than normal for support issues
to be solved.

Yea mine said invalid cash back amount for 3452492 what the heck does that mean I deposited over $100 145 to be exact I should have one right I am VIP
