I was not allowed to register... I emailed a manager to find out if
this is a mistake or casino policy. They have Quicktender
which is only for USA, so maybe it is just an error.

The confusion surrounding re: USA allowed are not allowed doesn't give a great first impression of them does it?
You would think that their support people would have been clear on that.
