On obopay how do you get charged. Is the amount on your cell bill at the end of the month? Do you use prepay phone cards?

like the reloadable cards.. all the Rivals,
Intertops and many casinos take the
reloadable netspend visa..
The all access pre paid cards are the same
company (the ones you can not reload)
and they do not work at casinos as
of about 2 weeks ago
