Here's a recipe for yummy deviled eggs if anyone is interested. No mayo!






Loaded Deviled Eggs
Makes: 24
INGREDIENTS

12 eggs, hard-boiled

½ cup sour cream

½ cup cooked bacon, chopped - microwave bacon works fine

¼ cup chives, finely chopped (or scallions)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Chopped bacon, for garnish

Chives, for garnish

My boyfriend loves devil eggs , ama gonna have to make him some of these. They look so yummieeeeeeeeee. Smile

laura8393, shirlsplay, They are so good and easy! You can make a small batch too with only 2-6 eggs if needed. Just add a bit of sour cream to the boiled yolks until it gets to a good consistency, but do not let it get too runny. face savoring food
