I am celebrating Mother's Day a little early! My mom is coming to visit today through Friday. I am making her a "Southern Shrimp and Squash" quiche for lunch and then fresh peel and eat gulf shrimp for dinner with tomato basil mussels. I hope everything tuns out well as I have not made this quiche recipe before. But it really doesn't matter because my mom will say it's the best thing she every ate even if it's nasty.

Am not a seafood fan but it does sound yummie a quiche & the tomato basil just leave out the shrimp & mussels for me please.
