Broadband, computer is fast (it's brand new with all the latest)
Here is exactly what happened to me:
Playing pyramid slots for approx 3 hours, no problems. Got into free spins back to back....got up to 112,000...went back to check the leaderboard and my name was gone. Went back into slot and it said zero, and I was unable to click on anything in the slot.
The second time, (after you guys restored my credits, thank you) I again played for a couple hours, no problems. Got it up to over 150,000. All of a sudden the slot "locked up" and I couldn't click on anything and my balance said zero.
I even kept going back into NLN during my slot play and clicking things in order to ensure that the slot did not time out. I didnt walk away from the computer for more than a minute or two at any time.
