Thanks debidug. I do keep moving most of the time, in fact, that was the problem here, I was doing too much and got stressed, tired and sore. That effects both my fibro and my diabetes, so I just take a slow down for a bit, and then I am back to my usual busy schedule.

My youngest cousin is a newer cosmetologist and so she comes over and does my hair. She is actually very good but I did find one piece that needed a little one inch touch up!
