Interesting! That is what happened to me. I won the $1000 bonus and it seemed to load, and right away I x-ed out, and it was gone.

When I played, I didn't ever X out of the game. I just would go elsewhere online and then come back to the game. I was afraid that if I did X out, I would lose some or all of my score. Doing it that way, I didn't lose anything. I don't know if that is relevant or not.
