I woke up at 2 am a couple of weeks ago with pain in my chest, it felt like a sueezing pain. I thought maybe it was indigestion, slept on my side wrong , just all kind of excusses of what it could be. Finally I told my daughter about the pain that was still intense she called 911, they came suggested I go to hospital. Now I am 63 , take n o medication , very rarely ill nd come from many family members that have lived into their 90's and 100 . Went to the hosptal , was tested and told I was having a heart attack .NOW THAT WAS SCARY. Had a stent put in my artery and stayed a couple days in the hospital. Facing my own mortality is v ery frighning . I am following directions. Cut down on caffeine, low sodium , lose weight and excercise. Never have I been so frightend , just thinking about leaving my 4 kids and 10 grandkids SCARED THE HELL out of me!

To Me Spiders are the scariest thing. You can't hear them coming and they can show up anywhere

Thank you dear, it was a wake up call, I was always so flippant that it could not happen to me. I was counting on genetics and coming from"long live ers in my family "
