middle age is such a long strange trip

My sister was recently diagnosed with parkinsons. This is the same sister who lost her son a while back. Phyllis was diagnosed with epilepsy some 25 years ago.
I wasdiagnosed first with parkinsons and then they decieded it was epilepsy.
so i tooo have been taking these dangerous and higlyy damaging to the organs epilepsy drugs as well for 25 years

well I have always known that I was not epileptic, after all one does NOT have their first seizure at the ripe old age of 39

So over the last two months I have weaned myself off of these drugs-and i cannot remember the last time I felt this normal-trouble is- the tremors have returned on occasion, and that's truly scarey.

In the next set of I need more money please we can discuss the health of my other 5 sisters and my bro too! lol! oh man, I really do feel your pain!

well now- Let's go back 3 generations to my mothers mother- my grandmother. I know your thinking that's only 2 generations, but mom was 39 when I was born and she was the only child of her parents, who arrived when Grandma Emma was 37. So really one can say three generations!

Grandfather Levi was a very strict methodist deacon. Emma on the other hand loved to sing and dance and laugh and do all those "sinful things"

Levi put up with a lot, but the thing he tried to stop most of all were Emma's psychic abilities. Emma was a very strong medium who worked mostly through channeling. Emma had a seance every opportunity. My mom remembers mostly that when she and her cousin steven were around, they were often called into the dining area and told to climb up on the long and impossibly heavy table. Then Emma would begin to chant, and soon the four legs of the table would come up off the floor and the table would gently tip till they slid off.
