oldtimer, Hi! I spoker with Mullac and he says that the only way scores would not count is if you have lost internet connection... this is why Mullac added the "internet" button in the game, so you can tell that you have not lost connection. The computer can not count scores if you have lost connection and continue playing.
My suggestion is to play a few cards at a time and make sure the green internet button is always showing in the game.
sorry Tawnia but that's not quite correct not sure but perhaps they have timed out in the sessions on the site , remember when originally people where played but because the page doesn't get refreshed they could still play but the site actually logged them out after 15 minutes but they didn't know it? they had to refresh another page on the site to stay logged in
if the game gets no internet connection after 45 seconds the game closes
I have coded all of them to work that way so that's not the issue, it's the session times I believe, I've sent you a pm with more details, I'll also discuss it with cho
