I don't know I just went on chat and ask if I was eligible for any loyalty bonuses and they said they are not allowed to say, because of all the problems last month but that if I "qualified" for any loyalty bonuses I would have them on Tuesday because that is when they would go out. I was not trying to start anything just wanted to post what they said did not mean to start any trouble and I am So SO SORRY if I did....
