so i just talked to live chat about my cash back for sloto cash. last month was the first time that i have ever deposited with them and at not time did they say that if i received bonus during the month that i would not be eligable for the end of the month cash back. well needless to say they said because my account received them i could not get the cash back. i have no clue what to think. should i have been told this last month. so i am so sad no cash back for me

The amount of bonus you use during the month has nothing to do with your cashback at Sloto'Cash that I am aware.
Now they might have been telling you that your cashback bonus was not credited because you
were playing a bonus at the time they were crediting. In that case,
you still get the cashback.. you just have to finish your current bonus
and then ask for the cashback.
Cashback is calculated on monthly losses. If you deposit $100 and
do not cashout any for the month, your VIP cashback would be 5% of $100.
Email casino support with the subject: ATTN VIP MANAGER
Explain what happened and they will take care of it and if not, let me know.
