I received the email today from noluckneeded.com and every link I click on takes me to this page (It does this on multiple computers):

Excellent tips, and have helped me alot by protecting my ass!
As a Newbie of only 2wks and winner of a 2632
$ jackpot on White Rhino at CoolCAt and not being able to collect because i mistakenly turned in comp points before my account was at zero, I was just looking over my account and was tidying up before withdrawing ,redeemed 200 comp points....begged live chat to reverse it and Cool CAt lived up to it's rep(which now I know to be Rogue)and gave me the pleased reply of NO! why it lets you redeem them if your FORBIDDEN is beyond me. I never win and that was a really sucky way to learn but learn I did. Now I research and read and have learned this:..
*** Pay attention to the details and keep a record of all live chats...I just check the box e-mail this chat and have a transcript of every live chat sent to myself,and before I play anywhere I ring up Live Chat and clarify any cloudy rules and have them check over my account so that I am covered should that fickle, PMS'N LADY LUCK smiles on me again. This has been beneficial for a number of reasons but mostly to remind me what bonuses I have claimed and where I have played. It can get a bit screwy at 2am after a couple hours of the little bells and arrows and fish and monkeys and rhinos and cards, and oh my my my my....I'm .......gettin' a little flustered.....hmmmm gotta go ***
***CUZ' there is bonuses awaitin' thanks to you I can just scroll through and be playin' in no time! Merci' beau coup!!!
