What can I do? Sometimes they come back around
after months and try to claim a prize.. I do not
think it is fair to give the prizes away to someone else...

I guess if they have not claimed in 6 months to one year
I should announce their prize is being revoked ..

I just worry that they do not see they won..
after all, I have their initials and not their user
name at noluck, so unless they see their initials
then they do not know they won
that is my main concern
