Yesterday, when I went to live chat... "Liz" said that I used it the maximum
amount of times but, would grant to me, anyway this time.

But it is unlimited, this week... so, I emailed the next time around.
For the most part, they are quick after receiving the email, but sometimes
you gotta' wait a while.

They thought they had the 25% fixed but now another problem
cropped up. Justine is out of town this week, but I will
email Wael and ask him to credit your 25% and see
if he can make it stay there

I was shocked to see the "new promotions are coming" scrolling
message, on a Monday Morning!
I never see nothing in my SLOTO' account on a Monday morning!
I mean... there was not even the 15 percent alternative deposit method bonus!



But the 25 percent is already expired, from last week.. right?

There is a problem in the software that the casinos use to give bonuses
to everyone Several Rivals are having the same problem
in that they can not give promos to groups of players.

Rival has been working on this all weekend, so hopefully
it will get fixed soon.

I think the 25% is expired, but as soon as they get the promo
problem corrected, a new weekly bonus email will be sent.
