SAME HAPPENED TO ME...I HAD MADE DEPOSIT, LOST THAT THEN PLAYED A FREE CHIP AND WON BIG ON IT BUT WAS TOLD I COULD ONLY CAsh-out 2x value of the chip...$88.00 x 2 =176.00 ...but then they want the orig. $88.00 free chip money back so to get the $176.00 i had to cash-out $264.00.
