dendera casino question

anyone ever cashout from dendera casino before??
i requested 3 cashouts from them yesterday for a total of 400$
and i was just wondering how long thier cashout process takes?
they havent requested any documents yet so i am not sure

requested any documents also but i sent driver!s license front and back bank statement with out my bals. So i counld verify my address and age also made a Deposit with Quicktender to verify account i made cashout on Free money for $250 but i think with a fee $15 i get $235. made it Dec the 13,2009Sent 5 e-mails sthis is what i got back. I have deposited there but havent made any withdrawals.
I have other problems with them..they send me at least one great bonus offer every day but I dont get the promotions in my cashier. I have written support 3 times and havent got an answer.
Contacted live support and they forwarded my question to promotions department..but..no answer.
I wont be depositing there again, feels a bit risky.

The main thing is that a casino that have a support that wont answer your questions are´nt very interested in me as a player and therefore the casino wont get my money.
There are other and better ones.

especially with the holidays coming up smile
i flushed my account right away and i requested a copy of the faxback form
via email just so they would have everything they need for cashout
and maybe speed up the process
but i was told if they needed documents they would email me
i tried looking for the faxback form on my own
cause i know they are gonna request it eventually
but no luck there smile

Hi nathan1234, I just Check my QuickTender Account My winning are their. Maybe your will get your soon. They just paid the winning did not get e-mail that they did. So keep check the Casino history on withdraw.

i cashed out the first time on monday , send my documents and they were accepted , but i was paid only on friday
they are long

+ i got also many mails with promo , and i ask to live chat where are they lol , because there ' s nothing to cashier , live chat dont know , i emaied but got any answer too, i m not from sueden but france smile

Yes they will pay, but only the maximum cashout allowed with the bonus.. which is not $5000. Go to the cashier and click the bonus you are playing and you will see the maximum cashout rule. smile
