not my experience with them still waiting on 825.00 payout ..claim they didnt recieve my faxback even though i faxed it twice now and all my other docs..congrats on urs!

I faxed them, yesterday recieved an email saying they needed the faxback resent ,,this morning got a new email saying now they need my id,copy of cc card and bill...which i already faxed as well onmonday..........grrrrr..idk what i should do now

Did you try scanning it to your computer? and e-mail it? I know when I faxed anything anywhere, they always had said it did not come through clear, or if you dont have a computer have person enlarge it before faxing.

i have a pc but not a scanner or digtal camera ,,my mom has all that maybe ill just get her to do it 4 me than..ty!

sure np it seems when I scan them to my computer and e-mail them they never have problems with the documents, when I would go to the library and fax them they would always have problems with being able to read them.
