September 26th I made a $30 deposit at FreeSpin Casino. I hit the jackpot on one of the games and then went on to hit the jackpot on another. All together I had a little over $10,000. I emailed all my documents to the cashier and requested my winnings. On September 28th I was told everything was in order and my payout had been approved. On September 30th when I went to live "chat" to ask about the status I was told there was a problem with the processors. That since they were a new casino there were some kinks to be worked out. On October 1st I was told that I needed to go back in and change my withdrawal to $5,000 since they could only payout that amount per week. I did that which left me with $5,000 "live" money in my casino account. As of today the $5,000 withdrawal is stil "pending". I talked to a Ben Clemes who claims to be the manager of the cashier department and he promised me that he would give me a payout date that the money would be wired to my bank later that day. I never heard back from him and that was 3 days ago. I have spoken to so many people there via live "chat" and calling and with each one I get a different answer. I was even told a couple of days ago that the money had already been wired last Thursday. So until they get everything straightened out I would not advise anyone to play there. I will post again if and when I receive my money.

I think they will pay you and I am sorry you had to make the withdrawal twice. Most casinos have an automatic setting that denies withdrawal over the daily limit.. I guess FREESPIN did not have that setting correct.

I would also be cautious with Freespin.
I processed a withdrawal of $145 which I rec'd into my Ecocard account, but then a couple of days later they reversed it and it was removed from Ecocard!
The money did not go back into my Freespin account either.
The explanation so far is that they mistakenly processed it through INETBET and needed to reverse it and pay it through Freespin, but they are now having "processing" problems.
My guess is that this money is gone..........., but time will tell

Basically this was their first big wire, so it could have gone much smoother. Future withdrawals should be fine.

I have received my winnings from FreeSpin Casino. It was wired this morning into my account. The manager of Free Spin Cashier office is very nice and has helped me through this situation. Apparently, there really was a problem with the processors seeing they are a new casino. I understand according to Mr. Clemes the manager, that this will not happen again but all future winnings will be paid in a more timely manner. I most deffinately will play there again and I do recommend it.

FreeSpin casino now has the former manager from some virtual group casinos. This is not a good sign as Virtual casinos are some of the worst casinos on the internet.
Update: I spoke with freespin and the manager said they ahve nothing to do with virtual casinos and the employee in question left the virtual group to go to a better casino (freespin).
I do not really know what to make of this coupled with the payment delays that have since been resolved.
I advise caution with this casino.
