Well, I am sad to say that so far this casino has done nothing but give me the run around, so it looks like they are not going to pay. Also I hope that you don't mind that I will be starting a thread with a warning on them.They have check and western union listed as withdrawal methods. which I thought was great, because Wired Plastic can be funded via western union.. But NO... I get an email and according to them "Check and Western union are NOT an option for non depositting players"
They requested my ewallet information, providing a link to "ewalletxpress" .... well I don't have an account with ewalletxpress I have QT as my ewallet. I DID go to ewalletxpress to open an account HOWEVER they want me to DEPOSIT via my bank account in order to open an account!!! Sorry but I don't want to provide my banking information to yet another online ewallet company. I told AC Casino this via email. they replied that they understood I had a QT account and would I provide my information so they could process the withdrawal... Which I did.
BUT wait, I now get a message saying that the "FEE" for QT is $40!!!!! I have NEVER been charged a cent by ANY online casino to withdraw TO QT. So this fee must be on thier end!! In every one of their messages they said"Your balance is $75 since the $55 free chip is non cashable it will be removed from the balance leaving $20 for you to withdraw, you need to have a balance of $165 or more to receive the max cash out of $110."
so all along they have only want me to play it back! Its sad, which is exactly what I told them. I was only being a guinea pig just to see if they would pay a winner on the free chip..., obviously.... because I knew it was only a $20 withdrawal!!. So I guess I have no choice but to bring the balance up far enough to cover the fee THEY charge for Quicktender. I certainly will not deposit there, So, Unless anyone has any advice. ALL I can say now is........ BEWARE.

.... although there is no playthrough counter and I had to contact support alot in the end, I did it!! Support DID respond very quickly....that was impressive! 
I only have a balance of $78 dollars, but it's better than nothing. My withdrawal will be for no less than $60 (because I will not allow myself to "playback" a withdrawal! Hard, but I am too stubborn!)
So... now the true test!! I did not see QT as a withdrawal option! 
So I have sent them ALL of my wired plastic documents which would process as ACH. I will keep everyone informed as to how this goes. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I will be sure to let everyone know how it goes. So far... I found out that you have to contact accounting via thier "Support Forum" which is found on the main page under the "support" tag. You then have to submit all documents via that page, which I took a screen shot of and posted below. I then recieved an email verifying my request for a withdrawal, with a "support ticket number" and a link back to the support page.
I started the process, so we will see how long it takes. They say, (as you can see in the screen shot) that it can take up to 10-14 business days to process a first time withdrawal!

OK... first upset. They sent me an email with a link saying that I can "check the status of my withdrawal request via that link... So I go there and try to log in but I keep getting "invalid user name or password" so I refer back to the email to discover that THEY CHANGED MY PASSWORD!!! 
I have to say "Always cool casino" that THIS is NOT cool!! There is no need for YOU to change MY password. Sorry but that just makes no sense to me!!

Silly as it sounds, maybe it is because you hit, maybe for security reasons. I guess I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

It just really threw me for a loop!! I kept entering my password as I had set it and it wouldn't work! So I went back to the email and saw that within the email it had both my login and my password which doesn't sound very secure to me! I could be wrong

I just recieved an email from AC casino telling me that I can not get my withdrawal via western union or check because I won on a free chip 
. The only option is ewallet. So I am hoping they will process it to my QT account. I just sent them all that information and I am patiently waiting for them to process it. Its a "sticky" bonus, so of the $75 withdrawal I will only get $20. They did try to talk me into wagering what I have to "meet the max cashout of $110" but I prefer to see if they will process this withdrawal first and then I will trust them enough to deposit in the future. besides, someone has to find out if they WILL pay on the freebie and how long that will take!

I recieved an email from them saying that they would not send my withdrawal via check or western union. They said "only via ewallet" .. correct me if I am wrong but Quicktender IS an ewallet!! So I sent ALL my information regarding QT to them... the email they sent had a link for "ewalletxpress" and when I did not hear back from them nor see the small withdrawal in my QT I went to visit the ewalletxpress site... which wanted me to deposit TO them via my bank account!! Sorry, but I already have Netspend, Quicktender and Wired Plastic ALL of which are verified!! I see no need or reason to open yet another ewallet account. I sent them an email saying basically the same and I guess we will see if they respond.
