Trouble with Netspend?

Any one having trouble with Netspend? I have a "pending" deposit at Slotocash, have been waiting 15min now.......Very frustrating to say the least.

Perhaps it's trouble with Slotocash, I can't seem to get through to Live Chat and it says they're open. Anyone having trouble with them?

kitzianne, Hi! My live chat at slotocash says "Back shortly". I would check your netspend account to see if it went through and maybe email until live chat gets back. smile

My live chat says that now also, I also deposited at iNetbet and didn't have any trouble, checked Netspend and they have nothing pending so I think it has to be with Slotocash, I know I trouble logging in early this morning. I hope that's all it is.

kitzianne, Let them know and I am sure they will take care of it. Send an email if live chat does not work.

Sometimes netspend deposits get messed up for some reason, I have heard of that several times and it is usally netspend's fault. smileops:

Live Chat is still gone, I know when they were there it wasn't working for me, couldn't get them. I also checked Netspend again and my deposit to iNetbet was deducted correctly and my balance is correct and I made that deposit after I did the deposit at Sloto.

kitzianne, If the deposit from inet shows as deducted, and the one from Slot does not, then maybe it did not go through. Send Sloto an email or ask netspend. smile

Went back and now it says Live Chat is open but still couldn't get through so I sent an e-mail, we'll see what happens.

kitzianne, It sounds like you have a bad connection.. did you try cleaning your cookies and rebooting your computer? That is the first thing to do anytime you have connection issues on any site. smile

Ok I did all that, received an e-mail reply from Slotto that said I could try again because the pending deposit was timed out, again it didn't work so I went to Vegas Regal, same thing. So for the hecks of it I went back to iNetbet and tried to deposit the balance I had and it worked fine, you got me what's going on..............

kitzianne, same thing happened to me last week, but with my Wired Plastic card.
It stayed pending at the casino and not being deducted from my card
balance because it was being 'declined'.... smile

So, I instead, played at Grand Mondial.
It worked without any problems.

My card worked a few days later, without any problems at all...

Been waiting for a Netspend for about 6 week know have contacted them 3x said its being mailed.Who knows,will call them again monday.
