The $15 is no max cashout, cashable, 15x play and all games are allowed
except roulette, craps, blackjack, baccarat and double up.

I played at SLOTO' on Tuesday.
The strangest things, maybe not strange..... maybe, 'new'?
I was playing Video Poker and there was a small little pop-up type of
message that said something like "congratulations, you just won $5.00", or
something like that.
I finished playing and went back to look in the cashier and there was nothing.
I went back later and found a $15.00 reward bonus.
Played that and logged out for a bit.
Logged back in and found another $15.00 reward bonus.
Played again and logged out... logged back in later and that little pop-up
came up and said something like, "congratulations you have a 200% deposit
bonus".
Logged out and went back and found a 100% deposit bonus also.
Of course this all happened after I already made several deposits!
Damn!
I coulda' really used that 200% deposit bonus, earlier!!!!!
Still not sure exactly what the $15.00 reward bonuses were for..

Voodookitty, I had something similiar happen to me recently at SlotoCash. After making several deposits and losing, I had a pop-up message that said I had a 100% promo now available in the cashier. I proceded to claim it on my next deposit and ended up winning back what I had lost earlier that night.
Did you play the new Vault game? Maybe the $15 was for taking part in the the promo?
