Earth Day! My kids are so excited, we are going on a neighborhood clean-up after school. My car is staying parked in the garage today. Most importantly, I'm teaching my kids how to take care of their earth. Happy Earth day!!

I wish I had something special planned, however, I will be heading to class this morning. This afternoon I am going to be doing some late spring cleaning. Its going to be in the 80's here today!!! My kids are having some special activities at school to recognize Earth Day.

I'm gonna turn on the AC, break out the gas powered mower, drink water bottled in plastic and take a really long shower ....JUST KIDDING! I am planting a small garden today, mabey in the nude

Anyone get a view of the Moon crrossing in front of Venus this morning? won't happen again until 2029 and I missed it due to a tree blocking my view...YES I am a star gazer

Basically what I do everday...try not to cause too much trouble lol. I'll be shutting everything (except my computer of course) down when my son goes for his nap. Try to conserve...ya know. Happy Earth Day everyone!!!!

I think that this is the day we need to really appreciate. I and my daughter are going to two parks near our house to clean up all the junks. I mostly will do my best while I am thinking of my 22 months old son who will enjoy these parks... Happy earth day, tawnia, every my NLN friends.

I have ALL my lights off and I won't be home most of the day to use my computer.. my son will be driving me so his computer will also be off!
I am going to be planting the "daffodils and tulips" that my mom got for Easter in the garden out front later on when we get home. SO I will be doing my part to "beautify the earth" today.
