There are many worthy charities doing great
work, but it's got to be St. Jude's Children's
Research Hospital for my vote !

Thanks !

TDTAT, This is by far the best contest you could ever have, There are so many charities and organizations that could use help, and I am so proud to be part of a forum that cares. God Bless you.

This is the link to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital. This is my pick because the money not only helps the children, but their families. And they never turn families away because of inability to pay.

mistye81, Your post in the other contest inspired this contest,
so St. Judes is getting a personal donation from me, regardless of this contest's outcome!

TDTAT, You have made me cry, you are such a great person. My mom used to have bike-a-thons in our hometown to raise money for this cause, and since I have been passionate about helping out when I can.

TDTAT, this is probably the best contest you came up with yet. My charity of choice would be the ASPCA. As an avid animal lover, it makes me sick and saddened about how the way some people neglect and abuse a living thing that they "supposeably" love. I can't even watch Animal Cops without crying. If I had all the money in the world, I would help all the animals in need.

My charity of choice is The Luekemia Society of America. My daughter passed away from this disease and I give through my job at Target. St. Jude is a very worthy charity also, so a person could not go wrong with either choice. smile smile smile smile smile

ASPCA for me too. Every time I see that TV commerical with "In The Arms Of an Angel" by Sarah McLaughlin, I just blubber. I get all misty just thinking about it. I wish I could adopt them all.

The American Cancer Society and the American association for cancer research are very important to me. My twin sister has had cancer for 20 years and she is still fighting for her life, she has been through so much I could never have been as brave as she is.
