Rivals having problems with promotion server (fixed?)

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, I just tried making a deposit at Slotocash, and tried claiming a promotion, but was denied. Support says they are having problems with their promotion server and it should be fixed within the hour.

Promotions are working now, but I'm still waiting to hear from Sloto Cash about the clovers thing.

I am sure they are trying to do the bonuses at Sloto'cash..
this always happens when they are trying to credit these kinds of bonus..
everyone will get an email when they send them, or a bunch
of people will post and then everyone will know to check their accounts. . smile

I think there are some major glitches going on with the Rivals now, I attempted 7 times to make a deposit of $25 using quicktender both yesterday and today, and each time it was denied by the casino, and now I just logged onto Slotocash and I have a balance of 175. I contacted support and let them know, but my problem is I don't have that much in quicktender right now, in the history it says completed. I am sure hoping they fix the problem, I don't know what will happen when quicktender gets overdrawn? I have left the balance and let support know.

mistye81, I do not think Quicktender allows overdraw. They are trying to fix everything. Sorry!

Thanks TDTAT, I also didn't want to cheat the casino $175, I have left it in the balance and I am hoping they take it off.

I just checked my quicktender and nothing has come out of it so far, still the same small balance.
