Oh come on now, I think you will get the bonus, mine always takes awhile to go through. lol

I claimed the 200% bonus at gold rock, and it said I could not claim it to contact support. So I did. well I was told by gene he had to do it on there end. and guess what ooooooooooooopppppppppsssss only did the 100% bonus. So gene says I will give you a free 25.00 bonus, and I said make it 50.00, (lol). gene says how about 25.00 free and another when you deposit? I said ok, then thinking about, I said no that is not the whole 200%. So needless to say all I recieved was the 100% bonus not the 200% bonus, not 25.00 free and nothing for my next deposit.
