Gold Rock casino may have new software but it appears they are doing "business as usual". I made a withdrawal request on 1/28 , and they have been jerking me around ever since. Support wont even respond to my emails, and when I talk to live chat there's not much they can do. I've sent my security documents in 3 times to two different addresses ( faxback @goldrockcasino.com which is the link live help sent me, and support( which wont respond!) What good does it do to win, and cashout if you aren't going to get paid?

Looks like the cashout will be paid soon! smile

FYI: I noticed from experience the payments email does not work,
so anyone contacting Gold Rock should send their email to all
available email address to be safe.

Hi Tawnia,

I have checked with our finance department regarding this player. His documents have been received 2 days ago and his withdrawal is being processed. The player has been informed of that.

Delays with the documents usually happen when a player does not use his account e-mail address or sends them to the wrong address (the documents can then not be updated into the system). Our CS has been in constant contact with the player in order to assist and sort this out, with success. I hope this clarifies things.

If you have questions or anything else I can help you with please contact me anytime.

Best regards,

Stephan

That crazy, I requested a withdrawal on February 4, and have sent documents in twice now, several emails trying to find out why they haven't sent me a verification of receiving my documents, and no reply. I talked to Live chat a couple times, first time they said they couldn't confirm my documents were there, and second time, they said they were there, just waiting on review from banking. And today I wake up to reply from an email I sent, saying they can't find my documents. I am starting to get very frustrated also. Why should I keep sending in my personal documents if they can't locate them when I do. I don't know what to do about it, I guess I have to send in documents yet again.

The document issues....

Are these first time cashouts with the Rivals?
Or, first cashouts with the mentioned casinos?

Just curious.
I hope I will not have to be asked for documents, ever again!!!

This is my first cashout from this particular casino, I have sent documents in to other casinos before, I have cashed out of several casinos including Slotocash, Simon Says, Absolute Slots, and Lion Slots. I even had to send back at faxback form to this particular casino and used my quicktender account to deposit not a credit card. I don't mind sending the documents to get my money, kinda a bother to have to send them 3 times though.

A little progress on my withdrawal, I received an email just now informing me that they now have my documents, and as soon as they are reviewed I will be paid. They also added a $10 free chip for my troubles. So thanks again TDTAT for your help. I will wait and see how the rest of the process goes, hopefully smoother than the first part.
