Sloto tickets slacking?

I had made some deposits at sloto in january and each and everytime i did not receive a sloto ticket. i had went to live chat and reena did put a sloto ticket in my account as we were chatting. i requested once again a sloto ticket monday and was told that i would receive a e-mail about my inquiry but never did get one. i did cashout in january but it was not a large amount. i am wondering that if you cashout if anyone has had a problem with getting their tickets? here is the live chat i had with reena tonight:

the $10 is not the issue. the issue i have is that ever since i cashout out at sloto i have had this problem.

I'm not sure how that works, I haven't had a sloto ticket for a long time but I love the casino!

A bit of my thoughts (a little, from my own experiences)....

I really don't often expect a SLOTO' ticket, unless it has been a real long
time since the last one.... even after depositing for days in a row.

If I had won as much as I have at SLOTO', at another casino ~ I would
have been cut off, entirely from any bonus at all.
In fact, I have been cut off at all of the Rivals that I played at, before.

I look at it, as a privilege to be given a No Max Cashout, free bonus,
that I can play almost any game without having to wager a ridiculous
amount in order to cashout any winnings, and know that I will not be cut
off in the future because I won!
Which is unlike any bonus that any other casino that I know of, will offer.

SLOTO' tickets are precious ones!

I do not remember the last time that I got one.
I know that one will come, sometime... as a surprise, as it usually does.

This is what I will say.. Good luck finding a better casino than Sloto'Cash.
They mave give free chips less frequently than other casinos, but the ones they give are
more valuable, because there is no max cashout.

No casino gives a free chip every time you deposit.

I am happy to get one once a week when I deposit hundreds that week.

I totally agree with the posters above me. I really not sure what the issue is with the original post. Demanding a sloto ticket? Especially after cashing out (regardless the amount)? I've made plenty of deposits lately and haven't received one in forever. (In all fairness though, I did cashout $10 more than I deposited last month...wohoo..lol) BUT I still get more freebies from Sloto than anywhere else....so there's no use to complain. Unless a casino promises something and doesn't deliver or there is a technical issue, I don't think it's right to argue for a n/d bonus or push the issue. They don't HAVE to give players any at all! For awhile I was getting the sloto tickets whenever I deposited IF I didn't cashout but no where have a I seen that it is a company policy or part of their bonus program. If it is, please show me and I will gladly admit that I am wrong!

Oh, and I think the rep in the posted conversation was totally going above and beyond trying to cater to the player!

Uh yep! Cashback and the sloto tickets they sometimes give out after depositing and NOT winning is sort of like a consulation prize! LOL!

I did not realize they even gave Sloto Tickets out..LOL I just recently started to deposit there and have deposited quite a bit and I have not recieved one and since I did not know that there were any I guess I don't miss it. However my thoughts are this. A casino does not have to "give" you anything. Go to Vegas or on a boat. They are not there with handouts as soon as you walk in the door. You have to be a high roller and well unless you can drop a few thousand a day I am sure that none of us here would qualify as high rollers to these casinos. dawnfix, A Sloto ticket is the same as a free chip.
If you are depositing at Sloto'Cash you will get one eventually!

Jutsine was stuck in London because of that big snow storm a few days ago,
so I am sure she will be doing sloto tickets soon, since she is back home now.

What Voodokitty and TDTAT said. I am probably the hardest to please of any player and Sloto keeps me coming back. Play at some of the other casinos online and you will see what I mean. Not getting a sloto ticket would be the smallest problem. LOL!!!

i have always gotten a sloto ticket every single time after i have made a deposit there. i thought that everyone did. that does not mean that i will never deposit again at sloto because they are the best casino out of all the rivals there is. i only went to live chat to REQUEST a ticket and did not DEMAND a ticket as wvguitargirl pointed out. but it is very strange that after i did make a small c/o that the tickets had stopped. so, thanks for all your support in this topic.

no one else gets them with every deposit or in my case with every 10.

I think that is why people are so shocked by your post and not in our usual supportive mood.
You seem to have been treated wonderfully (maybe better than the rest of us), but are still not happy.
We are just jealous..and that makes us snappy maybe, but I do not begrudge anyone getting a free chip.

I would be very happy with Sloto'Cash if I were you, but not expect a
free chip with every deposit as that is an unreasonable expectation.
