$1000 cashout at SimonSays Am I bonus banned?

I just recently started playing a Simon Says casino, made my 3rd deposit and claimed a 400%, bonus money non-withdrawalable, 50X bonus+deposit WR promotion. I only deposit $25 which was the max I could deposit claiming that promotion. Well I played for hours and hours, and finally met WR, I had well over $1000 in account, so I cashed out $1000, and they took their $100 back, and played on the rest for hours. Finally I went broke, and tried to claim the free $5 chip in my cashier, and it wouldn't let me, It said denied, you may not be eligible for promotions. I just claimed the 400% a day earlier. I talked to live chat, and they said they would have to send it in for review. I have read about people being bonus banned, but I just made my withdrawal a few hour earlier. That was quick to change my status on being able to claim promotions. I don't know what is going on, I am not worried about the $5, just concerned about my withdrawal and what is going on? Does this sound like a bonus ban? I don't know what to think.

its not for the $5 but for all promotions , you just can deposit and play without bonus , perhaps they change your status one time but be sur the make you again bonus abuse if you win more

So , now i play to sloto ( the best rival ) and two other rival , paradise and absolutes slots , they let me take bonuses and they are nice with

all other rival i dont want to play anymore , they are very bad with bonuses

You need to ask for a manager account review. Sometimes
you can not claim a rival bonus if you have just claimed one at another casino.

As far as how long it took: the bonus block system is mostly automatic..
a casino person does not need to look at your account to get blocked,
the system can do it automatically for a variety of reasons.

It could be bonus block, but could be something else.

I think it is because you have a withdrawal pending. I think I had that come up one time and that's what it was.

Oh yeah.. you are not allowed to claim a bonus when you have a withdrawal pending I forgot..

That could be it too, I do have a withdrawal pending, however I asked live support and they said that I should be able to claim promotion, sometimes, I don't think they know much about what is going on. Thanks to anniemac, too.

Of course now someone will be reviewing your account since you asked,
so you may end up bonus blocked anyway

So for everyone's information: NO CLAIMING BONUS or depositing
while you have a pending withdrawal.

I want to add that I enjoy gambling more without deposit bonus.
When I started I would not deposit without 200% or more

I got blocked long ago at all the Rivals for bonus except Sloto'Cash.
Now I play with no bonus or Sloto's 15% with 4x play.

I can cashout when I want, play what I want, and then I get free chips (sloto tickets) every week anyway.

It is nice to get bonus to play longer, but for actual winning, no bonus
may be the ticket. I have won big with bonus and without, but I have

TDTAT, I agree (not that I cash out often), I prefer to play without a bonus. This allows you to cash out at any time, and you are not restricted on what you can play.

Me also, I seldom use a bonus other than the free chips.

The regular support person was not helpful but when I wrote ATTN MANAGER and inquired why I as a high depositing player was bonus blocked the mgr responded that it was an error, asked for my forgiveness and gave me a nd bonus. So, it could just be an error for whatever reason.
Writing ATTN MANAGER was a tip from Tawnie a while back when I was having problems. Thanks for that, Tawnie, I've used it to my advantage more than once!

I am glad the manager thing helped!

Manager responses will take longer, but will usally yield a better result.
