Thebes Casino question (update from casino manager)

Has anyone had any experience with Thebes casino(top game software).I recently won some money there.I had to send in the usual stuff to prove identity,but since i've done this,live chat wont respond and so forth.I,m a little scared that this will come back to bite me or something.My username is scimitars,so if any mods have affiliations with this casino,would you be so kind as to check this out?

I did not recommend this casino for depositing as they were new and

They have a free offer for new players, but beware, this is not a recommended casino.
Always be careful with new online casinos. I think US players are welcome,
but some states or countries could be banned.

Well i never did deposit,but its the personal info im worried about...with all the fraud going on im worried someone steals my identity

drizztcat, I would not worry about that part... even the really terrible casinos do not really do that, at least not that I have heard

I have gone through the logs and do not see a withdrawal request for this player at the moment. I noticed support was very slow in geting back to him and I do apologise for this. We had a massive amount of traffic coming back for the second part of our December No deposit bonus and unfortunately some players were not handled within a acceptable timeframe.
From the chat log I can see that the issue was solved in what appears to be a satisfactory way for the player once support did manage to get back to him. In order to avoid this kind of problem we have already aquired more support staff and will be hiring several more this month.
Once a player meets the wagering conditions they are of course totally free to make a withdrawal and they will be paid. Withdrawals for our casino are processed on mondays. Whilst I would like to speed this up our processor does not allow us to do this quicker at this stage.
I appreciate the fact you brought this to our attention so quickly and please if either yourself or one of your players has any further questions do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Regarding Thebes has anyone recieved the 2nd part of the 55$ no deposit which was suppose to be 44$ in january just curious if it just showed up or did you have to deal with the forever hold time with support

I got mine last night. I just went on live chat and asked them when it would be credited and they did it instantly.

I did the same as anniemac and was, too, credited immediately. Support has been quick and helpful each time I've contacted them.

I have to totally turn off computer and reboot just to get it off.

I haven't had any download issues with these Top Gaming Casinos.
But, I have never been able to download the Wizard Gaming Casinos.

would be fine ,but they still have not put the money in my "real" account yet....heres the thing it says in the terms if you try to withdraw before they say its ok then you forfit any winnings.

no i have not....ive sent in all of the documents they requested....48 hours ago.basically i have followed all of their rules to the letter.So believe me i would not screw it up by requesting a withdrawal earlier than i should.I wish someone would just send me an email to let me know everything is kosher.While i did have a short chat with neno,he told me the finance dept was working on it.what could they be working on?I sent in all the documents so how long should it take?you cant even make a withdrawal request until the money is in your real account...that has not happened either...lol am i just being impatient.I'll let you know what happens.Dont email them again yet im afraid youll just piss them off,lol.
