i just recieved a mail from irish luck giving me 50 free w/500 max cashout??? i have never made a deposit there before but i ust might start.can anyone give some feedback about there service??

michael1, Congrats! Irish Luck is a good casino.. I have not heard any complaints that I recall smile

They gave us $200 credits for the Holiday Bash, so that was nice smile
They have the same support as the other Rivals, so service should be similar.

I got $50 too, and played forever, I love all the Rival Casinos, they are very generous, and very fair. I have played at most of them, and have never had any problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend playing with the Rival casinos.

Anyone have this happen....I received an e-mail with $50 ND bonus on 12/26 with 48hrs to claim. Everytime I checked it was not there. Went to live chat the first time and "Chris" told me it would have to be forwarded on to whomever and I would receive an e-mail. Nothing....So I replied to the original e-mail, no response..... So last night I went to live chat again and got "Chris" again who this time said there was a problem with this promotion and was again told I would receive an e-mail, I reminded him that the clock was ticking as I only had 48hrs to calim to which he replied "we're aware" Checked this morning, no ND $50 and still no e-mail response. Whats up with that???

I have never had any problems whatsoever with any of the Rival casinos, I am sure that they will resolve this for you. You might think about calling them, which I am sure you can find the phone number on the wedsite. I think calling them would be the fastest way of resolving the problem. Let us know how it turns out.

Me too Kit, I got the email, but it was not there to claim. It said it was a 48 hour thing. I don't know now if I'll get it.

I didn't get an email from Irish Luck but found the $50 ND in the promotions section of the cashier; claimed it and was playing in seconds. GL to all and Happy New Year. smile

Same problem here. Got the e-mail but nothing there. E-mailed them Friday after I received the e-mail and again yesterday. Spoke to live chat also. Haven't heard a word from them. Kind of iffy customer care if you ask me. A "canned" response would have been better than nothing! I'm glad I wasn't trying to get in touch with them over money I had deposited! LOL!
