I dl'd Gold Rock and the free $7 wasn't in the cashier..so I spoke with Jeremy..he manually credited me the $7 and another $10 on him for the inconvenience!!!..How cool is that !!

yes I went to a different page within their system I used the link here and then clicked on live support than the right side ad says new software I used that link

I first had tried with Mozilla, and had a bit of a problem.
Then tried with Internet Explorer and had no problem
