Microgaming NEWS Alert November 6th, 2008.

USA Players: Microgaming will soon be implementing new rules.
No new USA players registrations be accepted very soon. Existing
players will be allowed to keep playing.

If you are not from a banned state, regsiter at the casinos now,
or you will not be allowed to later.

Most microgaming casinos will stop allowing USA registrations
on or before November 10th, 2008.
Register NOW, before it is too late!

These 13 states are already banned and not allowed to register:
1. Michigan 2. Illinois 3. Louisiana 4. Oregon 5. Washington 6. Wisconsin
7. Indiana 8. Nevada 9. South Dakota 10. New Jersey
11. New York 12. Utah 13. Kentucky

IT'S TOO BAD FOR US 11 STATES, MICROGAMING IS THE SAFEST SOFTWARE PROVIDER AVAILABLE, GUESS WERE STUCK WITH LEFT-OVERS.

if other casinos can provide services in the US then why can't what was supposed to be the most advanced casino on the net? This I do not understand.

Hello. They are also careful and conservative casinos. They do not
want problems with US states besides Kentucky, who is
causing all this current trouble.

Each software provider has a different team of lawyers and
make different decisions based on their company's goals.

Microgaming is hoping to keep current US players and avoid future problems.

I live in Utah and I have managed to get a couple of casinos to unlock my account but If I allready have an account at Intertops are they going to let me still play because Utah was just recently added to the list?.

Kraziegurl, You ip address may actually show as a surrounding banned state. I would go to the casinos you want to play at, and try to get unlocked before November 10th. smile
