I would enter, but everytime I register at a new rival it locks my account and says basically I have too many. Obviously they don't want my money.

I think the problem is you made 2 accounts at one
of the Rivals by mistake. Now you are blocked from all of them
by their auto block system. Ask for a "manager account review"

Who is they? You have to do this with each new casino that is Rival.
If they look at your accounts and you have never deposited
at any Rival, they will probably not unlock your accounts
