WIREDPLASTIC PROBLEM

CAN'T GET MY WIREDPLASTIC TO WORK HAVE TRIED IT AT TWO CASINOS AND IT WON'T WORK ANYONE ELSE WITH THIS PROBLEM

I haven't had any problems in the past haven't used it lately though... which casinos did you try it at??

I very seldom use mine to deposit with but I haven't heard of any problems.

I have used it at Villento in the past but not lately. Maybe try again later.

jacquelin, Go to live chat, and ask.

I have not used my wired plastic card there, recently.
I haven't had any problems in the past, when I did use it.


*** I was playing at Villento, this morning.

I made a withdrawal, but they were having some sort of tech issue.

Soooo.... I had to wait and try to withdraw again.
(yes, yes... while waiting, I lost some of that withdrawal!)

Maybe they are having some Banking issues at the Micros.

(just kidding!)

I would send them an email, explaining your issue.
They respond, quickly.

They should be able to run your card, I think.
I thought that was what that "Have trouble Purchasing" link was for.

smile Wow, that is not usually like them - they are usually, VERY quick.
Maybe they are having some tech issues.

i just asked villento to run my card and they said that they can't do it for security reasons

won't nobody help nowhere they keep telling to call the provider but theirs nothing wrong on there part either

jacquelin, Have you tried it at the rivals yet maybe they will take, what are they saying about the card being denied is it being denied by the card itself??? I wish I could help more smile

I don't know what the problem could be, your putting all the card info in correct right even the back 3 cvc #'s. I would try calling wireplastic and ask them what they think the problem could be, even though you said they said the problem s not there side maybe they can help you figure out the problem?? Also if you try to use your CC to many times at the same casino they will automatically block the use of that card.

Did you just get the card or have you had it for awhile???
