Hi all.

Just wanted to let everyone know, that I finally recieved an e-mail back from superior casino about deposit bonuses. If you deposit there they do not have any free deposit bonuses. I am alittle disappointed with this casino, alot of the rivals offer deposit bonuses but they do not. I decided to close my account with them. I will play at other rivals that do give you free deposit bonuses.


Just thought I'd let you know.

I do not play there personally, but other members
get loyalty chips, as I have seen their posts..
Guess it does not matter now that your account is closed.

I have deposited several hundred in the last couple of months there. I talked to live help last month and this month, and sent e-mail yesterday, and thats what they told me no deposit bonuses for me. So if it takes more than what I am depositing I dont know. But just wanted everyone to know.

they are rudes and always said bonuses abuse but lol , there s never a lot of deposit bonuses , always we see , new promotion comin soon but we see nothing

well I am glad I am not the only one who feels that way.

I don't care for them either. It's good we have other Rival choices and some of them are really top notch!

I've only deposted there twice but I've received probably 3 n/d bonuses. They were small, 2 $5 and 1 $10 but still for only two deposits that's not bad at all.

Like I said, I don't play there much. I like the others better. But I still wouldn't hesitate to deposit again.

I really have NO problem, as far as Promotions at Superior.
Personally, they are one of my favorites.

They do not offer many bonuses....
But, I do Not get many deposit bonuses from Rivals, anyway.
And, if I do...
They are like 10 percent or something that means basically nothing.
I am better off to just deposit without any bonus, and I do not
need to worry about the 'excluded' games or play-thru's.

I like Superior because they do Not have VIP Levels and/or VIP bonuses.
I have never been fed a bunch of bonuses or have been ranked at
the Top of the VIP Level and then suddenly out of the clear blue -
Dropped on my Head and 'bonus blocked', as nearly ALL the others have
done to me.
I never need to contact or deal with any negligent or "non respondent"
VIP Managers at Superior, as I have at the others.

When they have a promotion, I have always been included and usually
they are for everyone.
That is not the case with the other Rivals.
I am, usually excluded from bonus offers and/or Loyalty rewards, that
other players are given, regularly... and, I do Not like that.



And, most of all.....
I have been very Lucky there!
AND -
This is the ONLY Rival Casino, that has ever sent an email to Congratulate me on my Winnings.
That was a SHOCKER.

The promotion that you are referring to, "the stupid" one....
I have never gotten only $5.
Usually I get like $31, on Sundays.
It depends on how much you have deposited during the week.
AND, they are consistent.
It is ALWAYS in my account on Sunday.
When they say that they are going to give it to you, they do.

I also e-mailed support at this is vegas. I recieved 15.00 bonus this morning and a personell e-mail from John the manager with 2 more bonuses. 1 for 10.00 and another for 5.00. I e-mailed him back and told him how grateful I was and I was going to brag about him in this forum. I also told him to feel free to keep adding. lol

I received a $5 ND bonus from Superior Casino last week. The only issue was you could only cash out for 10 times the bonus amount....$50. BUT, they did pay it out in two days to quicktender. Then they offered me a 100% bonus and another $10 ND. I don't play there that often because other players have complained and TDTAT had a problem with them awhile back, but I haven't. Just thought I'd add my two cents (cause that's all I have left to my name this week!!!!) LOL

I also closed my account with them yesterday. I deposit a lot but get nothing.
No big loss really...

I am having some promble with lion slots I have made 3 deposites and got nothing from them so i got ahold a live chat and asked about the bonuses from my 3 deposites and they said they have to said it to the Bonus request and they would get back to me ok this is what thay said
