I am always here to help with a casino, but
don't forget we have personal forum reps for most
of our recommended casinos. When you email
support always put the rep's name in the subject line, and
tell them you are a noluck member, to ensure better service.
Example: "MEGAN PLEASE HELP, NoLuck member"
smile smile smile
Using these contacts will help you.
Do not post this list at another forum, as these are OUR contacts.

ALWAYS BE NICE and polite if you say you come from NoLuckNeeded
"You will catch more flies with honey"

If you do not receive an email response in 24 hours,
go to live chat or let me know. Unlike me, some of these
people may take an occasional day off.

THANKS TDTAT! This will be very helpful if the need should arise. You do such a great job taking care of us, but at times I'm sure we out number you when it comes to needing assistance. This information will be printed and saved for future reference should the need arise. Thanks again for being so considerate of your members.

No problem just wrote it at the bottom of the print out!!! I'm all set and probably will never have to use it, but it is nice to have available should the need arise.

Yes, she is "Mrs" Organization herself. No matter what we plan on doing, a two day get away or a two week vacation she has everything lined up ready to go, envelopes with finances for each venue etc. Rooms etc. lined up way in advance and in fact has discovered that it is cheaper to rent a 4 bedroom house with private pool in Florida than to stay in a motel!! We've had several great vacations thanks to her planning. Everything has a place and everything in it's place is her motto! Helps keep the rest of us in line. And yes, she was thrilled that I paid off the pickup with the winnings as well! I wouldn't want to be without her, guess why maybe that's why we have been together for 34 1/2 years!!!!

Doesn't seem like that long, but it must be! Eldest son Chris is now 34, Jen is 32, Paul would have been 31(died at 23), and our BABY Shannon is 29!!! We have 8 grandchildren!! We just cherish every day that we have with each other and our family. FAMILY is what is most important in Life, we were always close but much more so after our son's accident 9 years ago.
