I just received an e-mail stating I had moved up to Bronze. No n/d bonus though. No clue how they determine this stuff. I've deposited more at Mayan then anywhere else and that's the highest they put me? It's kinda odd..

wvguitargirl, I play at Pantasia more and I was not upgraded just a regular VIP and at mayan I am a Silver and I don't deposit there as much as I do at Pantasia its just the different way they work things. I am just happy they regonize me as a VIP smile

She is our forum rep for Pantasia and Mayan. I doubt they
will give specifics of what makes VIP status but maybe she can upgrade
you or something.

Everyone Keep in mind that VIP status/levels is/are different at each casino.
Deposits are not all that determines VIP status. Withdrawls, betting
patterns and ect could also play a role.

They are saying they do not have the levels like other casinos..
that is fine, they can call their bonus whatever they want

but in their answer , they deny it , they said they have not level

its strange

i love mayan they always be nice with me and i dont know why they answer that if it s true
