I got the e-mail..

I don't know what is up with Davinci's anymore. I quit depositing there for the moment and playing at the others.

Everytime I get an e-mail informing me of a promotion, it's not there. I have to go to live chat to get it (Ok, to be fair..I did have the promo that said (9)100eposit match awhile back) and sometimes even live help tells me they will have to "forward my request to the promotions manager". I don't know if it is a problem with my account, their software or what. I have wrote countless e-mails to them and they NEVER reply. In the past two weeks, I asked twice for a deposit bonus. I was told there was none available but there would be some on Friday (last Friday 3/14). Needless to say, there is still none in my promo section. I figure it's just less hassle to play at the other Rivals. Sad, because I loved Davinci's. I used to deposit there more than the others.

And I did e-mail (politely and intelligently) about these issues.....but of course, never received a reply...

Send an email to support requesting a "manager account review"

They will give me the bonus sometimes but I have to go to live help each time..

For example: when the new bonuses came out recently i.e. the full house, straight, etc, I got an e-mail saying it was in my account but it wasn't showing up. I had to contact live help twice and they finally added it. So I don't see where I would be blocked.

wvguitargirl, well if you can not claim bonus something is wrong,
so I suggest you ask for the "manager account review" smile

It is LESS than 20X deposit plus bonus..
but you do not have to use it if you do not want tosmile

yes tawnia but on rivals its always just deposit ,bonus is not specified
here , to davinci its 57 times deposit

i have play a 100% to tiv , its deposit only 28 times or 26 dont remember

but noooooo, i dont want play it i prefer when they small , some when we are vip its 20 times, here they said vip but hem hem !!!
