Ive tried to use my Netspend at Intertops and its not going thru. It keeps saying they cant contact them. Anyone else have trouble. Ive tried twice.

They just told me its on their end, and I might get charged for all the times I tried. I hope not. I dont have enough money on my card for 4 deposits!!!

I've emailed them since 7pm yesterday and have still not received anything this morning??? what is really weird is that I emailed support yesterday at 7AM three times on another issue and still no response. They must have been extremely busy or their system is down in some area. It took a long time for my visa to go through too.
