I know this is a "fun" forum for all to come and enjoy yourselves, but I was hoping everyone in my NLN family will pray for my brother. His name is Jeff and he's 48 years old. He's hamdsome and smart and has a wife, 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Yesterday we found out that he has 3 brain tumors and one in his lung. He is now in the Iowa City Hospital and Clinics, the best medical school in the country, and has a team of doctors by his side. I am headed there later today so I was hoping anyone out there who may believe in God, would say a prayer or two for him.
I may not be around for a while but I will keep you updated. Thanks again.

Rae,

The best course of action is always FAITH! Through faith comes courage, healing, and best of all knowledge. The belief in and the practice of faith are the one and only reality. When you have the faith, you have the belief, and you have the courage to endure. It is a very tight circle!

The Lord does not put upon us what we can not endure through faith.

I hope that this does not sound like a sermon, but it is something that has been close to my heart for the last several years.
