Ok - here's the poop. I made playthrough. Max cash out is $100. I left $130.40 in there - since the bonus was not cashable - and made the transfer to my reg acct (a little different than other RTG's). I requested a withdrawl BUT they only have a check method - no UseMyWallet or anything AND they are charging me $40 to process it. SO, if they are trustworthy, I should have a check for $60 sometime before I retire. I did receive a confirmation email on my request. I had no troubles dl'd - with nothing wierd popping up. If my puter crashes, I'll know the $60 was not worth it!!
I will keep ya updated (in case any one is interested). Also, TDTAT, if they do send me a check, where the hell am I gonna cash it? Live chat was nice and helpful, but the poor guy didn't know what "playthrough" meant......not a good sign. If I never see the money, it was nothing lost!

Guy told me 10 days to process, and that passed about 5 days ago, and it is still showing as cancellable withdrawl. And no one answers their live support messages or their phone number, just voice mail. Think this will be an RTG to be avoided as well

I too was playing these freebies luckyma55.. they include Real Vegas, Mighty Slots, 99slots, Plenty jackpot and Slot Nuts freebie(S)... BUT... IF you read the T&C's that are attached to these emails it states that "a deposit must be made between free chips redeemed in order to request a cashout"
IMO they are baiting players!!
I know that I have been getting what seems like weekly free codes from them which state "coupon can be redeemed at all 5 sister sites" Since they are not trustworhy I don't deposit and I never have!! (which surprised me that I keep getting these emails with more freebies!!)
I imagine you don't deposit either luckyma55, or at least not between redeeming coupons. (correct me if I am wrong, or don't because it is none of my business) regardless... since this last email had
free $7 code for all five sites redeemable tuesday
free $8 code for all five sites redeemable wednesday
free $9 code for all five sites redeemable thursday AND
free $10 code for all five sites redeemable friday.!!
In this case IF a deposit is not made every day.. that makes a withdrawal null and void.
AND since the coupons are coming out weekly, it is almost impossible to deposit because by the time you are done redeeming the freebies at all the sister sites, a new email comes with more freebies!!
This probably explains why they are avoiding players who are attempting to cashout.
