htsnana we always eat grilled cheese sandwiches on Christmas eve a tradition that goes back to the depression when my grand parents had nothing but gov. milk, cheese, bread, and butter for christmas dinner but they had love and considered that to be the christmas gifts of love so eve you give love no gifts in my family

Thanks Tawnia When I was A child I thought it was weird but now I appreciate the traditions we had when I was a child and have passed them to my children who I hope will pass to theirs.

msfilly,
They say "those who do not know history are
damned to repeat it.." so it is good to remember the great
depression and the fact that we are not invincible
