Hi,
6th of Dec I made two withdraws one for 200 and one for 1000 to my netelleraccount, since then i haven´t heard nothing fron Simon Says.
Yesterday I wrote a mail to the accounting department, but still no answer so I went to their live support, had to wait about 20 minutes to get trough.
He said that there is a problem with neteller trandactions and that I will have to wait a week more!!
This sounds a bit strange..why cant they send me a mail about this or at least answer the mail I sent them.
I am starting to worry a bit.
Someone else that had this problems with Simon Says?

I have withdrawn, 3 times - each time was $1,000.
I only had an issue, with one of those withdrawals -
But, it was not their fault.
It was a problem, on my side.
My Quick Tender account was "Security" locked, until I sent identity documents.
But, as soon as that was fixed.... they sent my money, almost immediately.

I feel a little calmer, but I still find it a bit strange that they dont send me a mail or at least send an answer to the one I sent them.

10 days just to send the money to neteller is too much in my opinion.

From what I can gather from surfing around on the net, there is a problem with Neteller. Didn't really get what the problem is but some casinos are having problems making Neteller withdrawal deposits.
But from my experience, you don't have to worry about any Rivals paying you. I made a withdrawal to QT at 8:00a.m. yesterday and it was in my QT account by 1:00pm CST. Now how great is that!!!

I´ve cashed out at various Rival casinos and there have been no problems before, that´s why I was so surprised now.

I'd be freakin out by now - but what I've seen - is all good. Three withdrawls for $100 each right ino my QT acct in 48 hours and one of them was on a free chip - SS is alright in my book!

Neteller's is more then likely working on paying back USA Player Money they when they Stop take USA Account. The ones they has did not gettheir money out like me took me about two years to get my money out of my account i had with them Neteller never tell you it's their problem. Alway the other site do something wrong.

msduff is not a usa player.. but neteller is having trouble
that is processor related.
Neteller paid back usa players as soon
as the US government released their funds they had frozen.
I got mine and any usa player could log in and withdraw
their funds by check
the millions of dollars, so neteller had to wait for them
they would happily still accept usa except for our govt forcing
them to close our accounts
