There may be an easier way but this is how I do it.
1. Minimize the screen you want to keep.
2. Open Paint program and then minimize it.
3. Maximize win shot and hit 'Print Screen'.
4. Minimize screen again and maximize paint.
5. Go to edit on toolbar and hit paste, picture should come up. Then go to file and hit 'save as'. Name your shot and make sure and keep it as a JPEG file or it won't load on NLN.
6. Close paint and there you go.
Sound like a long process but once you have done it a couple of times it becomes easier.
